About the role

This position is an entry‑level opportunity in procurement support, responsible for maintaining data quality and assisting daily purchasing processes. You will work in a modern office in Marupe, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate product descriptions and article cards in the system.
• Create and process purchase orders for local and international suppliers.
• Plan and monitor stock levels to guarantee sufficient inventory.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and manage order fulfillment.
• Track order execution and ensure timely deliveries.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for precise data handling.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently with computer‑based tasks.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to organize work independently.
• Good command of Latvian and solid English for communication with foreign partners.

Required skills

• Proficient computer skills.
• Experience with resource planning systems (considered an advantage).
