Head of Operations (Fintech)

About the role

USPEX is seeking a Head of Operations to lead and continuously improve day‑to‑day activities across its fast‑growing fintech platform. You will work closely with Compliance, Risk, Product, Finance, Customer Support and Engineering to ensure operational efficiency, scalability and high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own and refine operational processes and workflows, ensuring they support rapid growth.
• Develop and implement scalable operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor and build a high‑performing operations team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Finance and other functions to guarantee smooth execution of business operations.
• Monitor operational KPIs and drive data‑driven improvements.
• Identify bottlenecks, champion automation initiatives and improve efficiency.
• Prepare operational readiness for new products, markets and partners.
• Manage vendor relationships and operational service providers where applicable.
• Establish internal policies, documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Support executive leadership with operational reporting and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations or Operations Management.
• Leadership experience in fintech, payments, banking or another highly regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of operational processes, optimization and performance management.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
