German Speaking Junior Logistics Support Specialist

About the role

Join Circle K Business Centre in Riga as a German‑speaking Junior Logistics Support Specialist. You will be the main point of contact for fuel delivery communications across Germany and the wider European network.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails related to fuel deliveries for stations throughout Germany and Europe.
• Provide support to stations on fuel delivery matters, assist with paperwork and help resolve related issues.
• Assist carriers in solving delivery problems, including maintenance, retain, cross‑drops, spills and allocation concerns.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Precise, organized and stress‑resistant personality.
• Adaptable, quick learner with a willingness to develop new skills.
• Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with standard office programs.
• Proactive, improvement‑driven mindset and strong teamwork orientation.
• Availability to work day, evening and night shifts, including weekends.
