About the role

Join Avolta as it launches its operations at Riga Airport. The Retail Supply Chain Planning & Purchase Specialist will be responsible for demand planning, inventory optimisation and procurement management to ensure product availability across retail locations.

Key responsibilities

• Demand forecasting and replenishment planning
• Inventory monitoring and optimisation
• Creation of purchase orders and coordination with suppliers
• Monitoring supplier performance
• Conducting inventory audits and managing stock
• Reporting and analysing key performance indicators
• Collaborating with retail, logistics and finance teams

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities

Required skills

• Advanced Excel
• ERP/MRP systems
