Food and Beverage Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead the F&B department of our 5‑star Baltic Beach Hotel & SPA in Jūrmala. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple restaurants, breakfast service, banqueting, conference catering and group dining, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of five restaurants, breakfast, banqueting and catering services.
• Develop and implement innovative food, beverage and service concepts.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a positive work environment.
• Plan, monitor and control budgets, revenue, costs and payroll.
• Analyse performance data and launch initiatives to improve quality, efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and hotel quality standards.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments and external partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
• Higher or professional education in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven track record in team leadership, budgeting and financial performance management.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, alcoholic beverage legislation and hygiene standards.
• Excellent Latvian and English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
