Financial Analyst – Neuro EMEA & EP MEA

About the role

The Financial Analyst will support the leadership of the EMEA Neurovascular and MEA Electrophysiology businesses by providing finance‑driven insights and actionable management reporting. The role leverages data from enterprise systems and business‑partner inputs to help identify performance drivers, trends, risks and opportunities, enabling informed decision‑making and sustainable profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support leadership of EMEA Neurovascular and MEA Electrophysiology organizations with finance‑driven insights.
• Gather and analyse data from enterprise systems and business partners to identify performance drivers, trends, risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver actionable management reports that inform business decisions.
• Contribute to the development of strategies that drive sustainable, profitable growth across the supported businesses.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience in finance business partnering within a multinational environment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with leadership and cross‑functional teams.
