Field Sales Engineer – Service and Parts Sales (Baltic Countries)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Engineer to lead Service and Parts Sales across the Baltic region. The role combines technical sales, customer support and business management to drive growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for service and parts products.
• Provide technical support and guidance on product selection, installation and maintenance.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead business development initiatives.
• Manage sales targets, KPIs and achieve revenue goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams (service, customer support, finance) to ensure seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical sales, business development or service and parts sales operations.
• Track record of managing sales teams or business units, preferably in the Baltic region.
• Strong understanding of technical products and solutions.
• Fluent in English.
