Export Sales Specialist – Italian Speaking

About the role

Join KRONUS, the world’s largest manufacturer of pallet collars, as an Export Sales Specialist focused on Italian‑speaking markets. You will drive new business abroad, build lasting B2B relationships, and represent our sustainable wooden packaging solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new export clients through cold and warm outreach.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with international B2B customers.
• Conduct market research to spot trends and client needs.
• Present products via phone, online meetings and email; prepare quotations and sales contracts.
• Manage leads and customer data in Bitrix CRM, ensuring high‑quality communication.
• Participate in exhibitions, B2B meetings and business trips to represent KRONUS.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B international sales experience.
• Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).
• Strong negotiation skills and willingness to make cold calls.
• Analytical thinker with resilience and adaptability to dynamic markets.

Required skills

• Experience with Bitrix CRM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
