Electromechanic – Installation & Commissioning

About the role

SSI SCHAEFER is looking for an experienced or motivated Electromechanic to join its installation team. You will be responsible for the high‑quality assembly and commissioning of warehouse equipment on international projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electromechanical assembly of warehouse systems abroad.
• Install, connect and commission electrical equipment according to manufacturer standards.
• Carry out warehouse equipment installation tasks on site.

Required profile

• Education in electronics, electrotechnics, mechanics or a related field.
• Ability to read and work with technical drawings and documentation.
• Strong planning and independent work organisation.
• Logical and technical thinking, precision and sense of responsibility.
• Good Latvian and English; German or Scandinavian languages are a plus.
• Willingness to learn new skills and travel regularly abroad.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
