DevOps Engineer – Data Platform

About the role

Join Luminor as a DevOps Engineer focused on the Customer Experience and Data platform. You will help build a reliable, scalable, and efficient data ecosystem that powers data‑driven solutions across the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Develop automation tools to boost operational efficiency, reliability, and developer experience for DevOps, ITOps, and engineering teams.
• Design, build, and manage cloud‑native infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure as Code and best‑practice automation.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability with Grafana, Prometheus and related tools.
• Create dashboards, metrics, and alerts that deliver actionable insights and enable proactive issue detection.
• Identify and implement improvements across platform services, infrastructure, and processes.
• Support incident response, troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and post‑incident reviews to enhance platform stability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE or a similar role with a strong track record of managing cloud infrastructure.
• Extensive experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) designing, building, and operating cloud‑native solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Terragrunt) and CI/CD/GitOps practices (GitLab, Argo CD).
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS).
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (Python, Java, Bash, PowerShell) focused on automation.
