About the role

We are looking for an IT Specialist / Computer Technician to provide on‑site and remote technical support to store managers and office staff of the CITRO and ELDO retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site and remote technical support.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, office equipment and peripheral devices.
• Purchase and replace consumables for peripheral equipment.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
• Sense of responsibility and precision.
• Ability to organize work independently and set priorities.
• Good judgment and professional conduct.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Latvian language.
• Valid category B driver’s license.

Required skills

• Computer hardware installation and maintenance.
• Office equipment setup.
