Data Technology Consultant (Remote – Latvia)

About the role

We are seeking a Data Technology Consultant to join our growing Data Practice team. You will work on high‑impact projects that span digital transformation, cloud data platforms, business analytics and AI adoption for clients across financial services, retail, life sciences, energy and the public sector.

Key responsibilities

• Support and shape Data Analytics strategies, helping clients unlock the value of their data initiatives.
• Evaluate, recommend and design data technology solutions that align with client business objectives.
• Document existing data architectures, identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the design of scalable, future‑proof platforms.
• Collaborate with client, internal and third‑party teams to ensure successful delivery through an integrated model.
• Assist in implementing data governance, data quality and data privacy frameworks.
• Contribute to AI/ML‑enabled solutions and advise on Generative AI adoption, data readiness and responsible AI practices.
• Participate in business development activities such as case studies, content creation and identifying new opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience delivering enterprise‑scale Data Analytics solutions.
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of building trusted client relationships.
