Coordinator of Equipment Repair Logistics – Customer Service (1.5 yr contract)

About the role

You will act as the main point of contact for customers who bring equipment in for repair and receive it back after service. The role ensures a smooth flow of repaired and transferred equipment while maintaining accurate records in the company’s electronic system.

Key responsibilities

• Receive equipment from customers for repair and issue it back after service.
• Maintain an efficient flow of repaired and transferred equipment.
• Record and update all relevant information in the electronic information system.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education and interest in new technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to stay calm in non‑standard or stressful situations.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks such as moving TVs, vacuum cleaners, etc.
• High precision, strong sense of responsibility.
• Readiness to travel to other client service centres in Riga to cover for colleagues when needed.

What we offer

• Gross salary of 1,570 EUR plus an average monthly performance bonus of about 100 EUR.
• Working hours: 08:00‑17:00 or 09:00‑18:00 on weekdays.
