Commercial Delivery Manager – Lending Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Delivery Manager to partner with the CEO in driving the end‑to‑end delivery of strategic lending solutions. You will own the operational side of client engagements after the commercial agreement, ensuring smooth implementation of complex banking initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Join strategic client meetings with the CEO and support commercial discussions.
• Take ownership of client engagements post‑agreement, acting as the primary day‑to‑day contact.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Business, Operations, Lending, Compliance, Legal, Risk and Technology.
• Drive internal execution to keep work streams aligned with timelines and client expectations.
• Prepare business cases, commercial documentation and manage internal approval processes.
• Ensure operational, compliance and business requirements are met before implementation.
• Monitor progress, identify risks early and resolve delivery challenges.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates throughout the lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement of commercial delivery processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in banking or lending, with solid knowledge of loans, deposits and commercial banking operations.
• Proven track record managing client implementations, commercial delivery or enterprise onboarding.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to coordinate multiple departments.
• Experience preparing business cases and driving complex initiatives to completion.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with enterprise clients.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Latvian.
