About the role

RedWire Defense Tech Riga is looking for an experienced CNC milling machine operator to produce high‑precision components for aerospace and defense projects. You will work with state‑of‑the‑art CNC equipment, follow technical drawings, and support final assembly activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture a variety of parts according to engineering drawings.
• Inspect dimensions and quality of finished components.
• Prepare and set up CNC machines (Okuma OSP, Mikron Heidenhain, DOOSAN FANUC).
• Monitor machine performance and maintain technical condition.
• Assist the final assembly line by checking and preparing components.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a CNC operator.
• Ability to program and adjust CNC machines based on drawings.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Good communication skills; Latvian required, English a plus.
