Clinical Chemistry & Immunology Solution Marketing Manager

About the role

Roche is seeking a Solution Marketing Manager to lead the product lifecycle and commercialization of its Clinical Chemistry & Immunology (CC&I) portfolio in Latvia. The role focuses on driving marketing strategies for the Core Lab segment while supporting the authorized distributor in Estonia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans for CC&I assays (Cardiac, Alzheimer, Bone, Infectious Disease) to meet revenue targets in Latvia.
• Conduct market assessments in Latvia and Estonia, tracking competitor activity, healthcare reforms, and automation trends.
• Serve as the primary marketing liaison for the Estonian distributor, ensuring alignment with Roche’s global Core Lab strategy.
• Manage the commercial lifecycle of SWA platforms and reagents (e.g., cobas® pro, cobas® pure) and laboratory automation solutions.
• Coordinate inventory forecasting with logistics and provide demand guidance to the Estonian partner.
• Localize promotional content for the Latvian market and support material adaptation for Estonia.
• Plan and execute local symposia, educational events, and provide technical expertise for public tenders.
• Act as a VACC catalyst and coach within the Latvian team and advise the Estonian distributor on compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in solution or product marketing within the diagnostics or medical device sector.
• Strong understanding of the clinical laboratory market in the Baltic region.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, logistics, and regulatory teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Latvian; additional language (Estonian) is a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of laboratory automation platforms and reagent management.
• Experience with market analysis and competitive intelligence.
• Familiarity with public procurement processes and tender support.
