About the role

Join the Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga team as a Chef de Rang, delivering five‑star service to discerning guests in a historic luxury setting. You will manage your own station, guide guests through food and beverage selections, and uphold the high standards expected of a premier hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive service to guests and independently manage a dining station.
• Advise guests on food and drink choices, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Maintain equipment and perform mise‑en‑place tasks.
• Train and structure shift teams, supporting colleague development.
• Conduct inventories and participate in monthly stock checks.

Required profile

• Completed education with a strong commitment to service.
• Team‑oriented, friendly demeanor with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven experience in a similar role within an upscale restaurant or hotel.
• Independent, responsible, and quality‑focused work ethic.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Latvian is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• EU passport holder (work eligible).
