Business Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Riga office and drive B2B growth within the IT services sector. You will work closely with international tech giants, guiding long‑sales cycles from prospecting to signed agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across the IT market.
• Build and nurture relationships with decision‑makers and multiple stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, pitches, and presentations for enterprise and technical clients.
• Collaborate with technical, delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to craft tailored solutions.
• Manage a pipeline of opportunities independently while maintaining momentum.
• Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and client meetings.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B business development, sales, or account management experience in IT or IT services.
• Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and close agreements.
• Strong communication skills in English and confidence navigating complex organisations.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable handling multiple opportunities.
