Product Line Sales Manager – Audio Visual Solutions

About the role

Join ASBIS Baltics' fast‑growing Value Added Distribution team as a Product Line Sales Manager for Audio Visual Solutions. You will be responsible for the Audio Visual and meeting‑room portfolio, including Logitech, Jabra, Prestigio Solutions and Workbooth, and drive its growth across Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships and drive business for your brands across the Baltic states.
• Own assortment, pricing and stock planning, including inventory and turnover KPIs.
• Prepare sales forecasts and short‑ and long‑term business plans.
• Research market potential, customers and competitors.
• Plan and run marketing activities, events and trade shows to boost sales.
• Develop the customer base together with Key Account Managers and take part in customer meetings.
• Build strong relationships with system integrators and resellers.
• Prepare regular reports and analysis for your product category.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience selling IT solutions in the Baltic market; experience with Audio Visual solutions is a plus.
• Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or above).
• Proven ability to reach revenue and profit targets.
• Experience working with system integrators or resellers.
• Strong analytical, planning and execution skills.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fluent Latvian and English, both written and spoken.
• Category B driving licence.
