Business Controller – Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking a Business Controller for our Supply Chain to partner with the Production and Logistics teams in the Baltics. In this finance business partner role you will support operational and strategic decisions through costing, profitability analysis, performance insights and reporting development.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse supply chain performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Calculate, maintain and analyse product standard costs and cost variances.
• Provide profitability insights and monitor key operational KPIs.
• Support investment cases and operational decision‑making.
• Develop and improve supply chain reporting and analytics, including automation and Power BI solutions.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production and Logistics teams to enhance business performance.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in business controlling, operational finance or supply‑chain finance, preferably in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production, logistics and procurement cost drivers.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in Latvian and English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI (or willingness to develop modern BI solutions).
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX.
