About the role

The Baltic Service Operations Center (BSOC) is seeking a specialist to monitor Tele2’s Baltic network, ensure service continuity and support daily operations. The role involves handling alarms, incidents and changes while coordinating preventive actions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the Baltic network and respond to alarms.
• Assist in fault handling and coordinate accident prevention.
• Provide remote assistance to support teams.
• Execute tasks according to guidelines and manage events, incidents and changes.

Required profile

• University degree in a technical field (first‑year students may apply).
• Degree in Telecom is an advantage.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong personal drive, quick learning ability and capacity to work under stress.
• High sense of responsibility and accuracy.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
