Brand Manager – Personal Care (Baltics) – 1‑Year Contract

About the role

The Brand Manager will drive sustainable growth for Personal Care brands across the Baltic markets. You will translate consumer and market insights into compelling marketing plans, adapt global strategies to local needs, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to strengthen brand equity.

Key responsibilities

• Execute annual brand and category plans aligned with regional and global strategies.
• Analyse consumer, shopper and market data to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead integrated ATL, BTL, digital, social and activation campaigns.
• Coordinate local adaptation of global assets, packaging artwork and POS materials.
• Monitor brand performance, market share and KPIs, recommending corrective actions.
• Support innovation launches, post‑launch tracking and portfolio management.
• Manage relationships with agencies and partners to ensure high‑quality execution.
• Oversee brand marketing budgets, track spend and report financials.
• Collaborate with CSP, Customer Development, Finance, Supply Chain and regional marketing teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in brand, trade or category marketing.
• Proven experience managing integrated campaigns, including digital and social media.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
• Fluency in English and one Baltic language (Lithuanian, Latvian or Estonian).

Required skills

• Experience with market insight tools such as Nielsen, Kantar or Euromonitor.
• Proficiency in budget management systems.
• Familiarity with marketing procurement platforms.
