About the role
We are looking for an Automation QA Consultant to join our QA team in Riga. You will help design, develop and maintain automated test solutions while expanding your expertise in test automation tools.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, execute and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca, Playwright and Claude Code.
- Design and document comprehensive test cases, scenarios and test data.
- Support functional, system, integration, regression and API testing (REST/SOAP).
- Identify, log and track defects in Jira or Azure DevOps and verify fixes.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to process improvements.
- Collaborate with developers, functional consultants, business analysts and other stakeholders to ensure high‑quality delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software QA, including manual testing.
- Hands‑on experience with test automation and a willingness to deepen expertise.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently within Agile/Scrum teams.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
