About the role

We are looking for an Autoiekrāvēja operator and farm worker to join our new production plant in Kroņauce. The role involves operating a specialized vehicle, maintaining the work area, and supporting the production team in daily tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the autoiekrāvēja safely and efficiently.
• Keep the plant premises clean and orderly.
• Assist the production team with various tasks.
• Perform a range of agricultural and maintenance duties.
• Provide backup for colleagues when needed.

Required profile

• Valid autoiekrāvēja driver’s licence.
• Technical mindset and ability to solve practical problems.
• Responsible attitude toward work and proactive initiative.
• Willingness to carry out diverse tasks.
