ATM Managed Services Account Manager – Baltics

About the role

Brink’s Baltics provides ATM Managed Services for all SEB ATMs in three Baltic countries. We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic AMS Account Manager Baltics to join our team in Latvia, Lithuania, or Estonia. In this role you will manage the SEB Bank account, strengthen customer relationships and ensure profitable, sustainable operational execution aligned with Brink’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to the customer, aligning services with evolving client requirements and Brink’s strategic objectives.
• Serve as the primary liaison with SEB Bank for operational matters, ensuring contractual obligations, SLAs and service levels are consistently met.
• Manage ATM relocation planning and execution, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, and define procurement requirements.
• Develop and monitor the account budget, prepare forecasts and performance reports for the customer and internal stakeholders.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities, drive innovation and support branding and marketing activities related to AMS.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the ATM, cash management, banking or financial services industry.
• Strong background in account management and commercial negotiations.
• Demonstrated project‑management experience handling complex initiatives.
• Ability to manage financial performance, budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or a related field and fluency in English.
