Auto Parts Store Manager – Riga

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Auto Parts Store Manager to join our team at the Ganību branch in Riga. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, driving B2B and B2C sales, and leading a team to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for day‑to‑day store operations and team organization.
• Drive B2B and B2C sales while building long‑term customer relationships.
• Manage sales documentation and prepare reports and analyses.
• Oversee product ordering, deliveries and inventory levels.
• Ensure proper product organization and display in store and warehouse.
• Organize store inventories and achieve sales targets.
• Recruit, train and evaluate new team members.
• Lead, supervise and motivate the store team.

Required profile

• Good technical knowledge of cars and automotive systems.
• Previous experience in a similar position within the automotive spare parts industry.
• Willingness and ability to continuously develop professional knowledge and skills.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Excellent command of Latvian; additional languages are a plus.
• Accuracy, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good computer skills.
