About the role

We are looking for a security guard to join our control team in the Ķengarags district of Riga. The role involves protecting retail premises, monitoring video surveillance systems, and responding quickly to theft incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol assigned stores and conduct regular inspections.
• Analyze video footage and operate video surveillance equipment.
• Identify theft attempts and detain suspects.
• Prepare documentation for the State Police and hand over detained individuals.
• Maintain close cooperation with store contacts and react promptly to security incidents.

Required profile

• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
• Security certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Fluent Latvian language skills.
• Basic computer literacy at user level.

Required skills

• Basic computer operation.
• Video surveillance system operation.
• Video analysis.
