AI Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an AI Project Manager to lead the design, implementation and adoption of artificial intelligence solutions across our banking operations in Riga. You will work closely with business units and IT teams to translate needs into high‑value AI use cases and ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate AI opportunities, prioritising automation projects with the greatest business impact.
• Define business and technical requirements for AI tools, platforms and integrations.
• Configure, deploy and administer AI solutions, ensuring operational readiness.
• Test AI implementations, resolve functional issues and coordinate fixes.
• Lead AI initiatives from ideation through implementation and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, data security and risk‑management policies.
• Monitor adoption metrics, report benefits and recommend optimisation.
• Drive AI usage in daily banking processes and coordinate new use‑case roll‑outs.
• Provide training and ongoing support to staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience delivering AI solutions.
• Strong ability to analyse business needs and design practical AI applications.
• Project‑management experience with successful delivery of technology projects.
• Excellent command of Latvian.
