AI Native Full-stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an AI Native Full-stack Engineer to join our fast‑growing robotics software team. You will design, build, and ship production features using Django, PostgreSQL, and React while leveraging AI coding agents as your primary development instrument.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery workflows with AI coding agents, from requirement clarification to test validation and merge.
• Develop and maintain Django REST APIs, PostgreSQL data models, and React UI components for our service platforms.
• Own the “knowledge layer” for AI agents by creating CLAUDE.md files, system prompts, and context documentation.
• Accelerate feature delivery, refactor legacy code, and automate routine tasks with agent assistance.
• Mentor teammates on AI‑native development practices and share reusable tooling.
• Ensure code quality through testing, edge‑case analysis, and thorough code reviews.
• Document AI‑driven development patterns, agent workflows, and engineering standards.

Required profile

• Daily hands‑on experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
• Strong full‑stack background with Django (Python) and PostgreSQL.
• Ability to delegate implementation to agents and focus on review and ownership.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
