Accountant Financial Reporting Poland

About the role

Join the Finance & Control department of Circle K Business Centre in Riga, supporting the full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K’s European operations, with a focus on Poland.

Key responsibilities

• Process and maintain financial records in line with Group policies, procedures and legal requirements.
• Process accounting documents according to approved procedures.
• Perform account reconciliations, analyse discrepancies and resolve errors.
• Participate in periodic close processes following schedules and department procedures.
• Investigate information submitted by other departments and understand their internal processes.
• Assist other departments and the Business Unit with ad‑hoc requests.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.

Required profile

• University degree or student in Finance, Economics or Accounting.
• Fluent English (oral and written).
• Goal‑oriented, proactive, high sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a changing environment and willingness to grow professionally.

Required skills

• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle JDE (Longview is a plus).
