Account Manager – German Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Account Manager to join our team at the world’s largest manufacturer of pallet collars. You will work with existing clients, develop long‑term relationships and help drive sustainable growth in the wooden packaging sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of existing clients, ensuring long‑term cooperation and value creation.
• Implement sales strategies tailored to small and medium‑sized accounts to meet business objectives.
• Identify, plan and execute revenue‑growth initiatives while meeting sales and customer‑satisfaction targets.
• Lead client interactions, including requirements analysis, solution positioning and negotiation of commercial terms.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting, performance reporting and timely resolution of client‑related matters.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in client management or sales within an international company.
• Professional proficiency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and solution‑selling processes.
• Strong negotiation and deal‑closing track record.
• Customer‑oriented mindset, attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with performance‑tracking tools.
