Account Executive

About the role

Join FCG OPS as an Account Executive in the Customer Relations team, driving sales of ground handling, fuel, trip support and dispatch (OCC outsourcing) services across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with new customers and actively prospect daily for ground handling, fuel, trip support and dispatch services.
• Maintain continuous communication through emails, phone calls, meetings and participation in exhibitions or conferences.
• Develop trusted relationships with existing customers, gaining a deep understanding of their needs.
• Collaborate with the Customer Relations manager to refine sales approaches and target groups.
• Coordinate service delivery and collect feedback to improve offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years proven sales or business development experience in ground handling, trip support, aviation fuel, or dispatch services.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
• Ambitious, motivated, result‑oriented with a strong understanding of the aviation industry and overall flight arrangements.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of ad‑hoc flight operations (military, cargo, charter, airline or business aviation).

• Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
