Senior People Experience & Culture Partner (Remote)

About the role

Tabby is seeking a senior leader to shape its culture and employee experience across a distributed, multi‑hub workforce. In this strategic, hands‑on position you will design, launch and manage programs that foster connection, recognition and engagement for a global team working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver hub events, team‑building activities and road trips that strengthen belonging across locations.
• Create and run scalable recognition and milestone programs (birthdays, anniversaries, new‑baby gifts, etc.) that feel personal at any headcount.
• Own branded merchandise end‑to‑end, from concept through production, vendor management and distribution.
• Drive employee engagement and communications, advising teams on effective formats and best practices.
• Lead cross‑hub initiatives that reinforce a shared culture and consistent employee experience worldwide.
• Manage external partners and budgets, ensuring programs are delivered on time and on brand.

Required profile

• Proven experience owning employee events, team‑building and engagement programs end‑to‑end, preferably for multiple locations or a distributed workforce.
• Creative mindset with a track record of turning ideas into scalable employee‑experience initiatives.
• Strong ability to collaborate with local hub experts while setting global standards.
• Willingness to travel across hubs; easy EU travel mobility is essential.
