SAP Logistics (SCM) Engineering Manager

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Logistics (SCM) Engineering Manager to lead our global SAP Logistics operations. The role combines deep technical knowledge of SAP SCM with strong leadership to build and guide high‑performing teams across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of SAP professionals, overseeing all SAP Logistics activities.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top‑talent for SAP Logistics functions worldwide.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including performance reviews, career development, and compensation.
• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance SAP Logistics capabilities and support organizational growth.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design proposals and create project statements of work.
• Maintain direct communication with customers to ensure high‑quality delivery, adherence to schedules, and strong team performance.
• Stay current with SAP Logistics best practices and ensure their implementation across operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in SAP engineering roles.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or management position and experience managing teams of five or more.
• Participation in at least two full‑cycle SAP implementations or product launches.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
