Marketing Creative Project Coordinator

About the role

Happy Mammoth is seeking a detail‑oriented Marketing Creative Project Coordinator to keep its creative production pods running smoothly. This full‑time remote contractor will act as the second set of eyes on all outgoing creative assets, ensuring they meet both copy and technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• QC outgoing creative assets for grammar, spelling, and technical specifications such as file size, format, dimensions, and duration.
• Manage multiple production pods or workstreams simultaneously, maintaining clear file structures and folder access.
• Keep revision cycles on track, holding turnaround standards steady during absences or volume spikes.
• Communicate proactively to unblock teams and coordinate hand‑offs across pods.
• Support additional teams or pods as needed in a scaling production environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management, traffic, or production coordination within a creative or video production setting.
• Sharp eye for detail, able to catch copy errors and technical spec mismatches reliably.
• Strong organizational instincts for file management and workflow documentation.
• Clear, fast, proactive communicator who can resolve issues without waiting for scheduled check‑ins.
• Bonus: experience covering multiple teams/pods in a fast‑growing production environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of technical asset specifications (file size/weight, format, dimensions, duration).
• Quality‑control (QC) processes for creative assets.
• Project coordination and multi‑pod workflow management.
