License Owner – Build & Operate Stranger Soccer in Riga

About the role

Stranger Soccer is looking for an entrepreneurial License Owner to launch and grow its football platform in Riga. You will be responsible for building a local operation that connects players, secures venues and creates a vibrant community around the game.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Riga, establishing the brand locally.
• Build and manage a local team, including staff and Official Hosts.
• Secure suitable football venues for regular games.
• Drive marketing and customer acquisition to expand the player community.
• Oversee game operations and ensure an outstanding player experience.
• Collaborate closely with the Singapore headquarters and receive support from operations and technology teams.

Required profile

• Passion for football and active involvement in the local football community.
• Experience in management, operations or customer service.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a business.
• Ability to take ownership and grow the Stranger Soccer brand locally.
• Strong drive, resilience and a results‑oriented attitude.
