Asset & Project Manager – Renewable Energy (Latvia)

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Asset & Project Manager to be our person in Latvia. You will take ownership of the day-to-day management of our operating wind park in Smiltene municipality and, together with our team, start the development of new battery energy storage (BESS) and data center projects in Latvia. Most of the work can be done remotely – you will be the link between our team and the landowners, municipalities and institutions around our projects.

Key responsibilities

• Be the voice in Latvian: communicate with landowners, the municipality and local authorities.
• Assist with documents, filings and correspondence with Latvian institutions.
• Monitor the wind park: visit the site periodically and report any issues.
• Advise the team on local practices, legislation and administrative matters.
• Develop new BESS and data center projects in Latvia – identify suitable land, conduct local research and make first contacts with municipalities and grid operators.

Required profile

• Interest in energy with some technical or project experience.
• Fluent in Latvian and able to communicate in English.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently.
• Valid driving licence for occasional site visits.
