AI Solution Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI Solution Architect to design and implement robust, scalable AI solutions for Fortune 500 clients. The role focuses on generative AI models, autonomous agents, and operator‑based workflows using cutting‑edge frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, architect, and deploy AI systems, including generative models and autonomous agents.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing business and data infrastructures.
• Evaluate and adopt Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks such as LangChain, Flowise, and RAGflow.
• Design data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and indexing, and implement vector databases and semantic search.
• Develop prompt‑engineering and response‑validation mechanisms, incorporating testing, quality control, and RLHF where applicable.
• Architect agent‑based solutions that autonomously interact with systems and support operator‑based flows.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and follow MLOps/DevOps best practices.
• Uphold responsible AI principles, including transparency, fairness, privacy, and ethical data usage.
• Communicate AI strategies and designs to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• 8+ years of software development and solution architecture experience.
• Deep understanding of generative AI, large language models, and prompt engineering.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise‑grade AI solutions.
• Experience with AI ethics, responsible AI governance, and compliance.
