Regulatory Reporting Analyst

About the role

Mintos is building a platform to make investing accessible across Europe and is pursuing a banking licence from the ECB. The Regulatory Reporting Analyst will lead the regulatory reporting function, ensuring accurate day‑to‑day reporting and preparing the organisation for bank‑grade reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Own the regulatory reporting domain, handling daily reporting and the transition to COREP, FINREP, LCR and related submissions.
• Prepare, validate and submit investment‑firm reports (IFR/IFD, COREP IF, statistical reports) to the National Competent Authority.
• Translate regulatory requirements into data and process specifications for finance, IT and data‑warehouse teams.
• Perform data‑quality checks, reconciliations and root‑cause analysis of variances.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement of reporting processes.
• Coordinate with Finance, Risk, Compliance and IT to resolve data issues.
• Monitor regulatory developments and implement necessary system changes.
• Support audit and supervisory requests with documented responses.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in regulatory reporting within an EU credit institution, investment firm or similar regulated entity.
• Hands‑on experience preparing and submitting reports under NCA supervision.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, data analytics or related field.
• Fluent in English and Latvian with high attention to detail.
