Product Designer

About the role

Mintos is building a platform that makes investing in income‑generating assets simple, transparent and accessible. As a Product Designer you will shape the experience for hundreds of thousands of investors across onboarding, investing, reporting and portfolio management on both web and mobile.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver polished product experiences for onboarding, investing, reporting and portfolio flows.
• Maintain consistency and platform‑appropriate design across iOS, Android and web.
• Frame problems, prototype early concepts and validate them through user interviews, usability tests and competitor research.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and marketing to ship intuitive, useful and well‑crafted features.
• Work with analysts on behavioural data and define success metrics for your work.

Required profile

• Experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms.
• Ability to work in cross‑functional teams with product, engineering and marketing.
