Junior Product Analyst

About the role

Mintos is looking for a Junior Product Analyst to help translate complex investment product workflows into clear, actionable requirements. You will support the growth of a fast‑expanding platform that serves hundreds of thousands of investors across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Lead research, gather requirements and produce structured specifications for product development.
• Own and prioritize items in the product backlog, turning business needs into well‑defined user stories.
• Analyze platform behaviour, investor workflows and support data to uncover issues and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain product documentation on Confluence, ensuring it is accurate and accessible.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, prepare updates and keep cross‑functional alignment.
• Support release preparation, including acceptance criteria, release notes and QA coordination.
• Track KPIs and create reports that link data to product decisions.
• Participate in discovery activities such as user research, competitor tracking and industry monitoring.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in business analysis, product management or a similar role.
• Willingness to incorporate large language models (LLMs) into daily work.
• Basic understanding of IT systems and product development processes.
• Familiarity with backlog management and user‑story prioritisation.
• Analytical mindset with strong communication skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
