About the role

Kronospan is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to manage the timely procurement of goods and services for its wood‑panel production facilities. The role involves close collaboration with suppliers and ensures material availability for production and inventory targets.

Key responsibilities

• Organise purchases of goods and services in line with company policies and standards.
• Conduct price surveys, compare offers and drive the procurement process.
• Maintain relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders and control balances of purchased materials.
• Track order fulfilment and delivery deadlines.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.

Required profile

• Previous experience in procurement and/or logistics.
• Higher education; technical education is a plus.
• Very good command of English.
• Strong computer skills and confidence with MS Office.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
