UX/UI Designer

About the role

Chili Labs is looking for an enthusiastic UX/UI Designer to join its Riga office. You will work on cutting‑edge mobile applications, translating user needs into intuitive, visually appealing designs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse requirements, create personas, storyboards, scenarios and flowcharts.
• Develop information architecture, interaction designs, wireframes and high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
• Collaborate directly with clients, project managers and the design team.
• Support new business development, prepare client briefs and participate in pitch meetings.
• Ensure design consistency by working closely with developers and following platform guidelines.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience designing digital products, preferably mobile.
• Fluent in English and Latvian.
• Strong sense of color, typography and composition.
• Passion for design, people and continuous learning.
• Portfolio of recent work (Dribbble, Behance or similar) is mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma.
• Familiarity with Material Design (Android) and Human Interface Guidelines (iOS).
• Experience with Principle, After Effects, Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator (bonus).
