About the role

IKEA Latvia is looking for a dedicated cleaning staff member to keep its store environment spotless. The position is part‑time, 30 hours per week, with shifts starting either at 06:00 am or 07:00 am and ending at 13:00 pm or 14:00 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all store areas, including sales floor, food service zone, warehouse, and office spaces.
• Ensure hygiene standards are met throughout the day.
• Report any maintenance issues observed during cleaning.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cleaning is preferred.
• Energetic, solution‑oriented and motivated.
• Ability to work the specified shift times, including weekends.
• Conversational level Latvian language skills.
