About the role

Join IKEA Latvia as a Territory Cleaning Worker, responsible for keeping the store’s exterior areas safe, clean, and welcoming. You will maintain the appearance of the premises, from the parking lot to the surrounding lawns, ensuring a pleasant environment for customers and colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the store’s surrounding areas, including walkways, parking spaces, and lawns.
• Perform lawn mowing and snow removal where large machinery is not used.
• Empty paper waste bins and clean carpets using a vacuum cleaner.
• Move chairs in the customer restaurant to facilitate floor cleaning.
• Maintain overall order and cleanliness across IKEA’s property.

Required profile

• Previous experience in territory or outdoor cleaning is desirable.
• Positive attitude towards teamwork and assigned tasks.
• Willingness to work shift hours, including weekends and holidays (shifts from 06:00‑17:00 or 07:00‑18:00).
