About the role

We are looking for a full‑time cleaner to keep IKEA’s store areas in Riga spotless. The role involves maintaining cleanliness in sales floors, dining areas, warehouse and office spaces during the afternoon/evening shift.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and tidy the retail floor, including aisles and product displays.
• Maintain hygiene in the food‑service zone.
• Keep warehouse and back‑office areas clean and organized.
• Follow IKEA’s health, safety and environmental standards.
• Report any maintenance issues to the facilities team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work is preferred.
• Energetic, solution‑oriented and motivated.
• Available to work shifts from 12:45 pm to 9:45 pm on weekdays and weekends.
• Conversational proficiency in Latvian.
