About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Skyline Bar Manager to lead the iconic bar on the 26th floor of the Radisson Blu Latvija Conference & Spa Hotel in Riga. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving the bar’s financial and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure high service quality and a positive experience for bar guests.
• Lead, organise and supervise the daily work of the bar team to guarantee smooth, continuous operation.
• Continuously improve and develop the bar’s product and service offering.
• Plan, monitor and control financial indicators, including revenue and expenses.
• Design and execute sales and marketing activities for the bar.
• Achieve defined strategic and financial targets.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in the restaurant or bar sector, with a minimum of 3 years in a comparable managerial position.
• Proven experience in team leadership and work organisation.
• Solid background in financial planning, revenue and cost control.
• Fluent Latvian and English.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Creative, positive attitude and a desire for professional growth.
• Higher education is desirable.
• Willingness to work evenings and night shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
