SAP Insurance Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an Insurance Functional Analyst specialized in SAP systems to design, configure, and support core insurance processes. The role covers Collections and Disbursements, Policy Management, Claims Management, and Reinsurance Management, working on both existing SAP landscapes and new implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements, define solution scope and benefits.
• Design, build, and develop SAP Enterprise Management solutions for insurance functions.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand needs and assist in configuration and implementation.
• Prepare and analyse project plans and related documentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience designing and integrating insurance solutions.
• Strong understanding of insurance processes and accounting best practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Fluent English for an international work environment.

Required skills

• SAP Insurance functional modules.
• SAP Enterprise Management.
• SAP consulting and implementation experience.
• Relevant SAP training or certification (preferred).
