Jurist – Corporate & Labor Law (Junior)

About the role

Join Deloitte Legal as a junior jurist and support clients on corporate and labor law matters. This position is ideal for recent law graduates or professionals with up to four years of experience looking to develop within a leading professional services firm.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate and employment issues for local and international clients.
• Collaborate with tax, finance and audit teams to address business challenges.
• Assist in drafting contracts, policies and compliance documents.
• Stay updated on GDPR and labor‑law developments and apply them to client matters.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in law.
• 1‑4 years of experience in a law firm or in‑house legal department.
• Fluent in Latvian and English, both written and spoken.
• Analytical mindset, proactive attitude and ability to work independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of corporate law.
• Knowledge of labor law.
• Familiarity with GDPR regulations (preferred).
