Customer Service Associate – Italian & English

About the role

We’re hiring a talented Customer Service Associate in the Customer Service Team who will provide support to Italian and English speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer questions with empathy.
• Help each customer find their ideal car.
• Handle requests for booking and rental car pick‑ups.
• Contribute ideas to improve our service and product.
• Collaborate as an effective team player.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Respectful and confident communicator.
• Passionate about delivering the best experience.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability to different customer profiles.
• Available for full‑time morning (08:00–17:00) or afternoon (16:00–01:00) shifts, including weekends.
• Valid work and residence permit in Latvia.
